Dear parents and students,
Due to forecasted thunderstorms this evening, graduation will be held indoors at the Columbia County Performing Arts Center. This decision accounts for safety requirements requiring evacuation of Evans Towne Center Park in the event of lightning, as well as the time needed to move essential equipment.
The Performing Arts Center doors will open at 5:15 p.m., and the ceremony will begin at 6:30 p.m.
Students were provided with a limited number of inclement weather tickets during graduation practice, and these tickets will be required for entry into the Performing Arts Center. Please note that tickets originally designated for Evans Towne Center Park will not be valid at the indoor venue.
